  • When contacting us, please include your item number and shipping address with all email and telephone correspondence.

  • We welcome you to call or email us with any additional information which you feel would be necessary to assist us in the processing of your order.


    • Paypal, the Most popular method of payment.

    • VISA, MasterCard, Discover & American Express can be used on Paypal.

    • Other forms of payment are not accepted. Please DO NOT send cash. All funds must be in US Dollars Payment required within 7 days of auction close.


    • Free Shipping auctions do not apply to International orders.

    • Please contact our Customer Service Staff for shipping charges on ALL International orders.

    • On orders shipped outside of the USA there may be local customs or duties. Please be aware that all countries have different procedures and fees for incoming packages. Buyer is responsible for any custom or duties fees.

    Unfortunately we do not have information on customs or duties, and we are not able to estimate these charges. Please check with the proper local authorities before placing your bid. 


    • Merchandises that are not compatible or unused may be return or exchange within 14 days after receiving order.

    • Return or exchange merchandise must be in the original package and with all accessories included with package.

    • Before returning or exchanging merchandise, customer must contact our customer service to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

    • RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is valid within 14 days after it been issued.

    • Please have the merchandise send to our service department with RMA number display clearly on the out side of the shipping package within 14 days.

    • Return or Exchange without RMA number maybe refuse or delay of service.

    • Customer is responsible for return freight charges, including duty and tax if applicable.

    • Please include a copy of invoice with the return, and on the back of your packing slip or invoice please note the reasons for return.

    • After RMA has been accepted by our warehouse, please allow 3-7 business days for refund or exchange to be processed.
