Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you are entitled to exercise the 14-day cooling-off period / right of withdrawal starting from the date you receive the goods.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you need to complete the Withdrawal Form (without logging in) below and send us a clear written notice of your decision to return/cancel your order. Upon receiving your request, we will contact you by email within 24 hours (excluding public holidays and weekends) to process it. Thank you.
Return Shipping & Costs
- You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.
- Return shipping costs and any packaging fees are borne by the buyer.
- Wheels must be returned in their original, unused condition. We reserve the right to assess the condition of returned wheels and issue a partial or full refund accordingly.
Refunds
- We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
- We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods and assessed their condition.
Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These are the buyer's sole responsibility and are non-refundable.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following circumstances:
- More than 14 days have passed since the date of receipt of the goods
- Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., custom color/spec wheels)
Shipping Origin
All wheels ship directly from our factory in China. International shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
