- The buyer shall bear all return shipping expenses, which are non-refundable.
- We will fully inspect returned wheel sets upon delivery, then issue refunds based on the actual condition of the wheels.
- If the wheel set has been used, installed or suffered value depreciation, corresponding depreciation fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
RETURN POLICY
Our general return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase and you wanna to return for some reason by yourself, unfortunately we will not provide full refund and you need to pay the return shipping cost.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

REFUND POLICY
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Our website don't support cancel order by customer directly!If you guys wanna to cancel this order because you don't nee anymore or have better option, Please contact us within 6 hours after you ordered, and then we will help you to cancel and proceed refund!Once over 6 hours, we may arrange ship your order out and it's late to cancel, hoping you can understanding!
